The consulting services rendered to date includes, inter alia, the analysis of previous B-BBEE Verification results, consultation with role players within the organisation responsible for B-BBEE, BEE Training, compiling of the prescribed BEE information gathering sheet with all the clients’ information, doing interim verifications, analyse and review verification results, formulate overall B-BBEE Strategic Plans for organisations and assisting with the implementation of the aforementioned B-BBEE Strategic Plans ensuring that organisations’ BEE Status Levels improve annually. In addition to the aforementioned services, we do the Ownership restructuring of organisations and attend to the drafting, registration and implementation of Broad-based Ownership and Empowerment Schemes.
