Lizette Frank is a qualified attorney with 15 years’ Labour Law experience and 18 years B-BBEE Experience. She obtained her BA (LLB) at Stellenbosch University in 1988 and her B-BBEE Management (MDP) at UNISA in 2013. She had her own law firm, Frank Seton Attorneys, from 1995 to 2005 and 1 NET BEE Empowered (Pty) Ltd, one of the first SANAS Accredited Verification Agencies in South Africa between 2005 and 2018. She has 13 years’ experience as a SANAS Approved Technical Assessor. Lizette founded a BEE Consulting Company, BEE Empowered Strategic Solutions (Pty) Ltd and a BEE Implementation Company, BEE Empowered Empowerment Solutions (Pty) Ltd in 2017.

Pieter Janse van Rensburg completed his BA and Honours degree in Political Science and Government Studies at the North-West University (PUK) in 2016. He worked as political analyst and thereafter as a BEE Verification Analyst for 5 years. He has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice.  He completed (cum laude) B-BBEE Management (MDP) at UNISA in 2021.
